COMPANY HISTORY & PROFILE

Dear visitor, welcome to our web page and please, let me introduce our company. In 1999 company Pomark Ltd. was founded as a result of a corporate decision to transform Bristol-Myers Squibb´s host ConvaTec divisions to the independent legal entities in order to increase management and cost effectiveness.

In 2000 – 2002 Pomark´s performance was solely focused on complex marketing activities for ConvaTec products in Slovakia (brand building, promotion, sales support, customer relationship management, legal activities, etc.), resulting in achieving no.1 position in ostomy products market on our territory.

To expand and to improve our services, Pomark – MD (a sister company) was established in 2002. Pomark – MD is concentrating on expansion of our medical devices portfolio as well as on their distribution enabling us to control and stimulate all operating distribution channels. Activities of both our companies are designed to complement each other in order to achieve continuosly growing business results and trade partners satisfaction.
